Do you want to work in a friendly dynamic practice with a supportive team who still meet for coffee each morning and have a clinical meeting each week?
We are looking to recruit a GP for 4 sessions from February 2019 to cover Maternity leave. Our friendly team currently includes 8 GPs, 1 ANP, 1 Primary Care Paramedic, 4 Practice Nurses, HCAs, and a Supportive Admin Team. Your working days would be Wednesdays and Fridays.
We are looking for an enthusiastic GP who wants to develop their skills.
YWHC is a 9000 patient GMS Training, Teaching, and Research Practice and has vibrant links with local practices. We provide a wide range of services to our patients.
A package dependant on your skills and services will be offered .

Experienced IT/Chronic Disease Management Recall Administrator
Are you an enthusiastic about IT/Chronic Disease Management and keen to work in a friendly, supportive environment?
We are looking to expand our team. The role offers hours up to 37.5 hours (Job Share available).This is a newly created role and we have created a New Muliti-morbidity recall system to start from April 2019. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person(s). We are looking for the candidate to have experience in General Practice, Clinical Systems, preferably Emis Web and experience in managing recall systems and knowledge of creating searches/protocols.
As a Training Practice serving 9500 patients, we continue to proudly maintain collaborative links with local services, but also remain responsive to our patients’ needs.
Salary, dependant on skills and experience, is available for the right person(s).
