Please note surgery doors are closed from 12:45 until 14:00 each day.
To book an appointment to see a doctor on the day, please send through an Accurx form to the surgery (link can be found on the home page.) Please note - once we have reached maximum capacity for the day the service will be suspended - you will then need to try again the next day.
To book an appointment with the nursing team or to check results please call the surgery after 2pm
We ask that you only attend the surgery if you have a booked appointment. We cannot book appointments or help with prescription queries on the front desk.
Occasionally we need to close for part of the day to accommodate vital staff training and updates to the computer systems we use, please check the Latest News section for any closures.
When We Are Closed
If you need medical assistance outside of our normal working hours; please continue to call us on 0121 474 5186, you will be automatically transferred to the local 'out of hours' centre.
In emergencies such as severe chest pain or severe bleeding, please call 999 directly, or for something less severe call 111.
NHS 111 is much more than a helpline – if you're worried about an urgent medical concern, you can call 111 to speak to a fully trained adviser.
Depending on the situation, the NHS 111 team can connect you to a nurse, emergency dentist or even a GP, and can arrange face-to-face appointments if they think you need one.
NHS 111 advisers can also assess if you need an ambulance and send one immediately if necessary.
Ask NHS Phone App
